No, you don't need to. You can make purchase and check out as a guest. Setting up your account with us will make your shopping easier and quicker. It will allow you to order without having to put all your details every time you shop with us. You can create your account before you start shopping or when you reach check out at the shopping cart page.
Deliveries
Spend over £50 to qualify for Free UK Express Delivery.
All orders are processed and shipped next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once you place your order. You will get another email with tracking details when your order has been shipped.
Express Delivery (orders under £50) - £5.00 (1-2 working days)
Express Delivery (orders over £50) - FREE (1-2 working days)
Standard Delivery (orders under £50) - £3.80 (2-5 working days)
Orders
Shop for the items you want and add them to your shopping cart. When you have finished proceed to shopping cart and check out. Before confirming your purchase and payment check that all information is correct.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you would like to purchase out of stock item, please select the "notyfy me" button. You will receive an email once the item is back in stock. Sale items are less likely to be restocked but they may be returned by other customer.
Returns
1. Log in to our returns portal. You will need your order number before you continue (Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email or in your 'my account' section on our website). You will also be asked to enter your email address or post code of the address that your order was delivered to.
2. Please select the eligible items you would like to return and preferred return option.
3. Submit your request and wait for your return to be authorised by one of our staff member.
4. Once your return has been approved, you'll be emailed a shipping label or QR code to scan at your chosen drop-off point.
5. Securely package your items (to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging) then its ready to post it off! Make sure to keep your proof of postage!
6. Keep an eye on your return tracking. You'll get an email once we receive your returned item(s). You'll receive your refund in up to 14 days!
If you receive an item that is damaged you need to submit your return request within 24 hours from the day you received your parcel. Once you choice 'damage item' as a return option we will ask you to attach a photo evidence of the damage to expedite the process. We do our best to accurately depict the correct colors of our clothing but colors may vary due to photography lenses and lighting. These situations do not qualify as defects but you most certainly can still return them.
You now have two options to return your items! We gladly accept returns for a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. If it's past the 14 day window, we still accept returns for a Damessa Fashion Gift Card or Store Credit.
Once you receive an email indicating your return has reached our boutique, please allow us up to 14 business days for us process your return.

Damessa Fashion accept all major credit/debit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. You can also pay with Klarna our buy now and pay later options.
