Shipping policy
All orders are processed next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once you placed an order. You will get another email when your order has been shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-store pick up
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pick up at 2 Applecroft rd, LU2 8BD, Luton. After placing your order and selecting local pick up at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. We will contact you when your order is ready.
International shipping
We offer international shipping, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at check out. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including vat), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Damessa Fashion is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email please contact us at support@damessafashion.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Alternatively you can use our Live Chat service to check the status of your order. Your order number and email address is required.
